II. REGIONAL REPORTS

• Teletus: The Merchant Festival is active through 2/22. Bea Lael announced the opening of a new Grocer/General Store which will also house a dedicated Merchant Law Firm.

• Ar’s Station: Kati Evans reported the successful opening of the Station Academy this week. Three classes have already been held, and a third instructor is currently being onboarded.  Station Academy Calendar

• City of Lara: Skully Skarsgard is developing a city newspaper. Notably, a Kur has recently taken up residence within the city.

• Selnar: Nicholas Sylvanus reported that their High Scribe is traveling and will be away for some time. In his honor, scribe debates will be scheduled for after En’Kara. Nicholas has also officially added Trivia Night to the En’Kara schedule for March 16th.

• Port Olni: Duncan Willis and Karisima Stein confirmed the city remains steady and is eagerly anticipating the Sardar Fair.

III. EN'KARA FAIR SCHEDULE (SCRIBE TENT)

En'kara Fair Schedule 2026

The Fair officially commences Friday, March 13. Below are the confirmed highlights for the Scribe Tent:

• Saturday, March 14 (1 PM): Scribes Meet & Greet (Hosted by Trygg & Kar).

• Monday, March 16 (Merchant Day): * 6 PM: Noctis Trivialis – A Gorean Canon Trivia competition hosted by Nicholas Sylvanus.

• Tuesday, March 17 (SCRIBE DAY): * 8 AM: Introduction to the Caste of Scribes (Karisima Stein).

  • 3 PM: Being Head of Council of Scribes (Abraham Jacobson).

  • Ongoing: Presentations on Apprenticeships, RP Materials, and Calendar Standardization.

IV. ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICES & CONDUCT

• Presentation Opportunities: Limited slots remain. Kati Evans has been invited to present on Magistrate or Academy-related topics.

• City Infrastructure: City Tent and Merchant Cart applications are due immediately. Carts and tents will be available via a rental system.

• Official Stance on Harassment: Lady Kar addressed recent hostility in Scribe OOC groups. The council affirms that all Scribes have a right to participate in En’Kara. Hostility and "griefing" will not be tolerated; members are encouraged to remain professional and report abuse to Linden Lab.

I have my stall set up and many other people other than Merchants have stalls as well. It is a great role play shopping event with zcs coins or with rp posts. Also, I recently have moved to Teletus and still establishing my store. Once it is finished, it will be a Grocer store, but also General store, and a Merchant Law firm"

Our High Scribe has gone traveling and will be gone for an extended period of time, though we're hoping he'll come back soon. In the meantime, we'll schedule another round of scribe debates in his honor, to be held after En Kara."

Done little else. .... I will look at my calendar later today and give some thought to En'kara.

He is a skilled Scribe, and the city is well served by his hand. Olni waits patiently for the Fair, all eager for what follows.

[08:53] ꝀȺɌ (karisima.stein): I was asked for my thoughts on an incident that happened in one of the Scribes groups.   I want to share my written thoughts here  for all to know where I stand on it.   which is the following :

[08:53] ꝀȺɌ (karisima.stein): There are several Scribe groups in SL Gor, and many of us belong to more than one. Every Scribe, regardless of group, has the right to present at En’Kara. Participation from any group does not equate to “taking over” anything.

When Trygg and I shared the call for presenters through the Scribe groups and by delivering invitations, it was done in good faith and for the sake of the fair. The hostility that followed is unnecessary and does no good.

At some point, repeated attacks stop being “expression” and become griefing. When the same hostility resurfaces again and again, it becomes deliberate disruption. 

Harassment, targeting, and abusive behavior serve no purpose but to harm. Anyone facing it, stay strong and report abuse to Linden Lab.

No matter how hard you try to make the group about knowledge sharing and growth, someone is going to perceive it as an encroachment on their school of thought. I can disagree - and have disagreed with a few people in this group- but it can be done in a constructive manner. I'll be certain to guard your right to conduct your business and speak out against destructive behaviors.
